Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Rare Brilliance Holdings LLC handles personal information when you visit rarebrilliance.co, contact the company, or subscribe to its newsletter.

Who we are

Rare Brilliance is the public name of Rare Brilliance Holdings LLC. Our mailing address is:

6545 Market Ave. North, STE 100
Canton, OH 44721
United States

For privacy questions, email contact@rarebrilliance.co.

Information you provide

  • Contact form: We collect your name, email address, selected topic, and message. Form messages are delivered to contact@rarebrilliance.co through Google Workspace.
  • Newsletter: We collect your email address when you subscribe. Your address is added to the active MailerLite subscriber list without a separate confirmation email.
  • Direct email: If you email Rare Brilliance, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message.

Information processed when you visit

Hostinger hosts the website. Website and hosting systems may process technical information needed to deliver, operate, and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser or device information, and the pages requested.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, it connects to Google’s servers and sends technical request information, including your IP address.

How we use information

Rare Brilliance uses information to respond to messages, send requested newsletter updates, and operate and secure the website. Rare Brilliance does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Newsletter and email measurement

The Rare Brilliance newsletter is sent through MailerLite from updates@rarebrilliance.co, with contact@rarebrilliance.co as the reply-to address. MailerLite processes subscriber information to deliver the newsletter and may record whether a message was opened or a link was clicked so Rare Brilliance can understand reader engagement. Newsletters include an unsubscribe link.

If you unsubscribe, MailerLite stops sending newsletters to that address. The address may remain in MailerLite as an unsubscribed record; unsubscribing does not itself mean that the record has been permanently deleted. You may contact Rare Brilliance to request deletion.

Service providers

Rare Brilliance uses the following services to operate the website and communications:

  • Hostinger — website hosting.
  • Cloudflare — domain and DNS services.
  • Google Workspace — business email, including delivery of contact-form messages.
  • MailerLite — newsletter signup and delivery.
  • Google Fonts — website typography.

These providers handle information in connection with the services they provide. The information each provider receives depends on how you use the website and how the relevant service is configured.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to support website operation, security, preferences, or measurement. The use of these technologies depends on the services and features enabled on the website.

External links

The website may link to third-party websites, including YouTube. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

How long information is kept

Rare Brilliance keeps contact messages and direct email correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the correspondence.

Newsletter records are kept while a person is subscribed. After unsubscribe, the address may remain in MailerLite as an unsubscribed record rather than being immediately erased. Unsubscribing and deleting a subscriber record are separate actions.

Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in an email. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, email contact@rarebrilliance.co. Rare Brilliance will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

Rare Brilliance may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
